stayed at this new hotel, exceeded expectations! Lovely lobby with comfy seats and grand piano. Got upgraded to a huge room on the 7th floor with the most comfy bed. Enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool despite the weather. Staff were super friendly and vibrant local area with bars and restaurants.

Every time we stay in Hanoi, like to stay here. It has particularly good location, short walk to cafe, and the centre. Ba Dinh district certainly deserves to be visited. Well furnished and huge rooms, that have essentials you need. Amiable and attentive people are working there...

Everything was good, including NICE staff and favourable location in the middle of jackson. Our room was clean with private bathroom, it faced street. Extras like central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV were appreciated. Location: the hotel was near to cafe. Sushi bar Daruma was located 10 minutes walk away.

I recently stayed at Dolce in Hanoi for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is new, clean, and absolutely luxurious. The staff, especially Lyn on reception, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay special. They even surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake and card, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, and the bed was possibly the biggest and most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom amenities, including the high-tech smart toilet, were a unique and enjoyable feature. Additionally, the hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to explore.

The rooms were so swag, big enough for all of us and had a sick view of Hanoi. We had a blast exploring the city, especially hitting up the outlet shopping and checking out the local bars. The staff were chill and always ready to help us out.

The only thing we would've wanted more of is a happening rooftop bar. It would've been epic to have a sick party spot to hang out with our crew and enjoy the views.

my triple room was huge, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. the bathroom was big and it had shower caps, towels and slippers for my convenience.

Spent Easter weekend at a modern hotel with spacious, well-furnished rooms in a key location. Loved the breakfast, which was one of the best meals ever had. appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

There were a few things that could have been better. The swimming pool was closed, which was a bummer.

The language barrier between some of the staff and me made communication a little difficult at times.

I specifically chose Dolce for its proximity to the One Pillar Pagoda, a place I've been wanting to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the terrace at the hotel. It provided a great spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

The hotel's infinity swimming pool is simply breathtaking, as if it's been dipped in liquid gold. Taking a dip while enjoying the stunning views of the lake is like stepping into a luxurious dreamland.

Room 702 had a slight lingering smell of smoke upon arrival.

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern with all the necessary comforts. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary treats such as a birthday cake and card. The high-tech smart toilet was a nice touch. The location was central and convenient.

Communication with the staff was sometimes difficult due to language barriers. The breakfast at the cafe was too big and renovations taking place during my spa experience were not relaxing.
